Keith's passion for the skies and dedication to his country led him to become a part of the United States Navy. During his 15-year tour, he served as Operations and Maintenance Officer Department Head, F/A-18 Test Pilot and Platform Coordinator, and US Navy Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun) Instructor Pilot. During his service, Keith was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and six Air Medals (all with distinguishing devices for Valor in Combat) while flying the F-14 Tomcat as a Forward Air Controller; and numerous personal and unit awards.

Prior to establishing Founders Aviation, Keith held Executive positions in two corporate aviation companies, leading strategic planning and program development responsibilities for multi-state, whole and shared ownership corporate service programs. During his tenure, he designed and implemented custom turnkey programs for domestic and international companies through the Fortune 200 level, as well as individuals of varying levels of wealth.

Keith, a native Houstonian, graduated from Strake Jesuit High School, earned his bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, and MBA from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.

Joe Salvato

Director of Safety & Training
Founders Aviation

Joe's corporate aviation experience begin in 1994 as a Lear-55 line pilot for Maxxim Medical. He then managed Rutherford Oil Corporation’s Aviation Department for six years, including Part 91 and 135 operations in Citation Bravos and other aircraft. Joe then moved to Univex Aviation and flew both domestic and international operations in Challenger 600 aircraft. Since 2008, in addition to his other duties, Joe has maintained his CFII rating as a part time instructor for Flight Safety International at Houston, Hobby Airport.

Prior to beginning an aviation career, Joe served 24 years with the Houston Police Department, ending his tour as a senior Detective assigned to the Robber Division. Joe was responsible for felony case development from initial assessment to conclusion in court, and specialized with security detail & VIP protection. His professional achievements included selection by the HPD to teach detective/investigation classes at the Houston Police Academy. Joe is also an underwater search & rescue diver, and captain for the skeet/trap teams during the Police Olympics.

Joe received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston, majoring in administration, and Master Degree from the University of Houston in Industrial Psychology.

Robyn Harrison

Executive Administrator
Founders Aviation

Robyn has extensive experience as an Executive Administrator and coordinates all functions internal to Founders Aviation. Additionally, she specializes in assembly and development of marketing material and special events for Founders Aviation. This Spring/Summer, Robyn successfully directed Founders Aviation through "West Houston Growing Skyward" at Houston Executive Airport, the Houston Business Journal's "Celebrate Enterprise" forum at the Wortham Center in downtown Houston, "Phenom 300 First in Houston" event at Enterprise Jet Center – Hobby Airport, and Energy Capital Week at the Omni Houston Hotel & Convention Center.

Overseeing cultural development at Founders Aviation, Robyn directs HR and recruiting efforts, benefits programs, and fosters corporate values of integrity, professionalism, and service to all.

Robyn, a native Houstonian, graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, received her bachelor's degree from Randolph Macon College with a double-major in dance and psychology, and a Master's Degree from Hunter College in New York City, NY.

Grady Harrison

Business Development & Finance

Serving as President, V&M Tube Alloy (Vallourec Group), Grady is an executive with P&L responsibility, and a track-record of growth in the seamless tubing industry for nuclear power plants, and pipe industry for oil and gas exploration/production in the USA and France. Previously, Mr. Harrison held the position as President of VAM-USA, a Houston company providing premium threading services for the oil and gas industry. Grady attended the Harvard Business School’s advanced management program, is qualified as a US Navy nuclear shipboard engineering expert, and received a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Texas, majoring in International Business.

Mr. Harrison provides Founders Aviation with invaluable business development, production management, and equity finance expertise; and leads a variety of initiatives aimed at growth through international expansion.

Jacob Johnson

Operations

Mr. Johnson currently serves as a lead ground/simulator instructor, and Training Center Evaluator for Challenger-series aircraft at Flight Safety International in Houston, Texas. Previously, Jake flew as a Part 135 pilot in command for several corporate flight programs, including duty as Chief Pilot for Landry's Seafood; with extensive domestic and international experience in Citation Sovereign, and Challenger 600/601 aircraft. From 1996 through 2004, Mr. Johnson served as a Federal Aviation Administration Safety Inspector with the Houston Flight Standards District Office, overseeing certification and qualification of numerous Part 91 and Part 135 operational flight departments. Specializing in review and approval of Part 135 training programs, minimum equipment lists, regulation compliance, and FAR Part 142 training centers, Jake brings invaluable oversight and direction to the core programs offered by Founders Aviation.

Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Texas, and served as a US Navy A-6 Intruder pilot.
